I led the pitch, art direction and execution of a 60 second teaser for the launch of Bulgari's new Serpenti Infinito necklace, starting with the development of an original narrative, "Harnessing the Elements." The concept celebrates the necklace as a physical phenomenon. The story is a delicate dance between the two forces that shape the Serpenti Infinito - the universal elements that forge the raw materials of the necklace, and Bulgari’s boundless creativity that harnesses these timeless forces and balances them in a moment of harmony. It follows the graceful linework of Bulgari that represents the hand of the craftsman, and it guides us through this journey of creation, both mirroring the beautiful forms woven throughout the universe and guiding them in turn to arrive at the fully formed necklace, whose five serpenti weave around eachother in an infinite coil, representing the five universal elements in eternal motion. The art direction established a visual language that balances the textural and cinematic, speaking to the rich materiality of the Serpenti Infinito, and the more refined, graphic imagery traditionally associated with fine jewellery.
